How does pick up/drop off work?
Check-in begins at 9:00am. Pick-up is promptly at 3:00pm. All campers must arrive by 9:15am. Campers will enter and exit via the arts wing entrance. The entrance is clearly marked on the Camp Welcome Letter that you will receive upon registration. Parents need to park and walk their campers to and from the door, as car lines are not allowed.
What is the teacher/camper ratio?
There is 1 teacher for every 10 campers.
How does the end-of-camp performance work?
Each camper will be in the opening and closing number of the show, and will be assigned to a small group that will perform 4–5 songs. The show is a revue, not a musical. There are no “parts”. In this format, all of our campers will get the chance to shine.
Do I need to buy tickets for the end-of-camp performance?
No, the performance is free and open to the public. Bring your friends and family to enjoy!
How are the campers grouped?
The campers are grouped by age.
Can my camper be in a group with their friend(s)/siblings?
On the registration form, you can request to keep certain campers together. However, we cannot guarantee those campers will be together all the time, as grouping depends on age.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. All campers must wear comfortable dance clothing and bring black jazz shoes. No shorts, skirts, dresses, or jeans are allowed, as these articles of clothing can impact the campers’ ability to rehearse.
