Wicked, The Wiz, and The Wizard of Oz.
Three classic musicals all started with a little girl named Dorothy who dreamed of a life beyond the Kansas cornfields.
Students in this inventive and imaginative class learn and hone musical theater technique as they sing, dance, and act using songs, choreography, and scenes from these three distinctive Oz-themed musicals.
With the new film version of Wicked scheduled for a November release date, what better time is there to explore all things Oz?
And speaking of the film, this class is going to the movies! Our fabulous instructor, Ms. Erica, will join the class and their families in a fun field trip to the local cinema (more info on this TBA)!
The class concludes with a recital on the weekend of January 25th and 26th.
